Where do you ship to?
We ship all over Europe and the USA!

How long does delivery take?
Each item is produced in 2-5 business days. Shipping times are added to this time, automatically calculated based on previous deliveries in your area.
Once ready, the order is entrusted to a courier and you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the package in real time.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email. By clicking on it you will be able to view all the delivery updates directly from our tracking page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Klarna, PayPal and more.

Is the quality of the products guaranteed?
Absolutely! All our items – t-shirts, hoodies and accessories – are made by Printful , a leading manufacturer in the industry, to ensure a high standard of both printing and materials. We only work with suppliers who ensure durable, well-finished and comfortable to wear garments.

How do the shirts fit?
Each product has its own size guide, which will help you choose the right size. Our tees fit comfortably and are cut slightly longer through the torso, reaching mid-butt for a modern and relaxed look.

What to do in case of a defective or poorly printed product?
If you receive a damaged, defective or poorly printed product, you can submit a claim within 30 days of receipt. In these cases, we will replace or refund at our expense.

What if my package is lost?
In case the package is lost during transport, you can file a claim within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

Is it possible to change the size or return a non-defective product?
We do not offer size exchanges. In case of error in choosing the size or for other personal reasons, you can place a new order at your expense.

What happens if the package is returned to sender?
If an order is returned to us, our team will contact you to arrange a new shipment. You will be responsible for the costs of the new shipment.
